How Shipping Works at RESURGENCE:
Processing Your Order:
- Once your order is placed, our team immediately begins processing it. Processing usually takes up to 2-14 days.
- During peak seasons, processing might take an additional 2-5 business days, but we always strive to get your package out as quickly as possible.
- If your order is a gift and you need your order before a specific date, please fill out this form. (We only take a limited amount of requests at a single time, but if your request is *VERY URGENT then please email us at team@resurg3nce.com
Delivery Times:
You will receive 3 standard emails from us.
- First, a confirmation email right after your purchase, confirming the details of your order (address, items, etc)
- Secondly, an email when your order is being packed (this does not mean, your order is being dropped off and sent yet, it simply means we are preparing it for shipment). This email will also include a tracking number where you can track your order when it's being shipped.
- Lastly, an email confirming delivery, which means it is already delivered by the post office.
Customs and Duties (International Orders):
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. We try our best to reduce these fees to the best of our ability. If additional fees occur outside of our control, costs will not be covered by RESURGENCE. However, if you are financially unable to make a customs and duties payment, please contact us through email.
