I got a few problems with it at the start,but the communication was very clear and it got pretty quickly like in 3 weeks since I get to communicated.My only problem is the fact that's they told me a gift come with it but only my bag came and I wonder why (the bag is in a very pretty good quality)!! 🩷
Absolutely love this bag!! The ordering process was so smooth and easy, it arrived in 2 weeks beautifully boxed and with a bag sleeve. The bag is the perfect sized, resting just by your elbow with plenty of space. Pretty spacious but larger items and books will fit awkwardly. Overall it’s such a well made bag, no weird smells and has held up very well over use. Will deffo be getting the black version too!!

been a resurg3nce fan since i ordered their wave to earth necklaces and i stand by this when i say they have the sweetest team ! i ordered back in november and while i only got my products now, the team communicated really well and my items came relatively quickly from their initial message ! the packaging and the items are intentional and beautiful, and i can really see the effort they put into their products. i appreciate all your hard work ! i look forward to ordering again <3
it took 3 months to ship but its such a cute sweater !! the material is really soft its so comfortable🥹🥹 i usually wear an xs but i got an m/l because i wanted it oversized !! if you do buy this be prepared to wait a few months but you wont be disappointed
this sweater is super cute, and everything came as described; however, the communication should be improved. I see many people have had bad experiences regarding getting replies back, and it took several weeks for me to get a reply after I contacted this business the first time. I understand that because the shipping is free, and because it’s shipping overseas, that the item takes a while to be received. This doesn’t bother me, but I’m sure many customers would appreciate better communication ♡ !!
I can’t delete my other review but after contacting the sellers through their actual help button on the website i finally received it! They were very helpful and kind so I only took one star off for the order not coming for 4 months because the packaging and freebies were just too beautiful for it to even really matter that much anymore. I’m just so happy I finally got it and I totally understand these kinds of things can happen with small businesses.
The item itself is beautiful and amazing quality, aswell as coming with many freebies like stickers and temporary tattoos! I have yet to wear or wash it so unsure of the sustainability of this quality. The only downside and it being a major one is the lack of communication and the fact this took four and a half months to arrive and i had honestly forgot about it. The only way i could get through to the company was by commenting on their tiktok other methods such as instagram or email were unsuccessful! Very cute detailing on labels
i will preface this with saying i did wait a lil over a month for this sweater (ordered late december , delivered early february) and i know others have waited longer, however i think it’s very much worth it. it’s well-crafted and made out of excellent material. they even sent out a keychain as a freebie, woukd definitely buy again even if i had to wait longer.
It's super cute and warm! The only issue is that it does shed a bit. It took about a 1½ months to get to me in Australia but it's the perfect addition to any smiski lover's wardrobe/collection!! <3

First of all, it took four months to arrive,they've told me the shirt would come with a free gift and it didnt (when i contact them about it they never answered my email),then after Washing it only two times the black faded completly to grey (i dont know if it shows in the photos). I was really exicted and it really dissapointed me.
finally got my package after 5 months and a half🥹 the quality if the tote bag is amazing! i got the one with both sides. didnt get a free extra one though 😔 and the straps are a little bit on the short side
