THE SWEATER IS ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. Plus the little gifts too! The off the shoulder look is stunning—just make sure you size up when you buy it! Plus it’s sooo soft. The shipping did take a while but be patient! I love it so much—THANK YOU!!

The sweater is so cute, but the shipping was not😅 It took about 7 months to arrive and because of that I was informed a free gift would be given alongside the original purchase. The sweeter arrived but the 'free gift' did not. Overall a very cute sweater and a daily staple of mine now, it just takes awhile to get there
It’s really soft and great. Also looks exactly like in the photos. The only off thing, not about the sweater but overall. If you want to purchase it, do it now, because the shipping takes really long.

I hear pretty mixed opinions on this brand! Typically, their items are good quality, but their shipping takes forever and there’s very little communication from them. I’ve ordered from this company three times, two of my orders coming within a month. However, my third order was placed a month ago and I haven’t heard anything back yet, I don’t mind because I know what others have said. I’ve also had a friend order through here but her order didn’t come till 8 months later. It’s very 50/50 on how quickly you’ll receive your package, sometimes it comes quick or sometimes it takes months. I wouldn’t order from here if you need something quickly. However if you don’t mind the wait, the items are great quality and I loved the fit of the sweater I got. It’s a bit more grey looking than I thought, but it’s good material and the fit is baggy in a perfect boxy way. I think it’s great quality for the price! The package comes with cute pictures and the design looks great. If you don’t mind possibly waiting months for the package, I would recommend.

color representation was good on this sweater, and the fit was oversized/off shoulder the way I wanted, very cute (I normally wear small-medium sizes and ordered M/L for the oversized look). also ordered this and two other sweaters from Resurgence back in July, and finally got them today... enquired twice in the span of a few months and was told they'd be shipping them out later.... got the actual shipping/shipped notice about a month ago. so the whole process from ordering to received was about 4 months, just a heads up.

Love the sweater sm!! Did take about 2 months to arrive but its so worth it and the seller is so sweet about it too, i reached out as i had issues with my address and it was all resolved! They respond so quickly to any concerns and are just really sweet about it too:) the order came with a load of freebies and a specific customised cards containtng instructions how to wash it and to ensure that it stays in good shape! Came with a NANA photo strip too!! I would definitely recommend will be buying again💗💌

terribly disappointed and currently in the process of requesting a full refund. i’ve ordered from this brand before and it took months before receiving, i don’t know why i thought it would be any different. i ordered two sweaters on june 6 and have seen several people receive their orders already. i’ve tried to contact 3 times through the live chat on their website and was met with the same automated response every time, as well as them closing the chat before i could ask more questions. please save yourself the trouble and don’t buy.
Store owner replied: hi jasmine, your replacement has already been sent, your full refund has already been processed, and we’ll resend the updated tracking link so you can follow everything easily from here. this means you’ll still receive both sweaters at no cost to you. your original package was returned to us in transit, and we had previously sent an update letting you know what happened. we’re genuinely sorry that the situation still felt unclear, especially after you had already reached out through live chat. we completely understand how frustrating the overall wait has been, and we’re sorry this experience didn’t feel smoother. we’ve already taken care of the refund and replacement, and we hope the sweaters reach you safely very soon <3
