terribly disappointed and currently in the process of requesting a full refund. i’ve ordered from this brand before and it took months before receiving, i don’t know why i thought it would be any different. i ordered two sweaters on june 6 and have seen several people receive their orders already. i’ve tried to contact 3 times through the live chat on their website and was met with the same automated response every time, as well as them closing the chat before i could ask more questions. please save yourself the trouble and don’t buy.

I waited a little over a month for the sweater which was fine! But the color threw me off a bit. I expected more of a cream color instead of grey.

so after ordering on june 8th, it took about a month to ship, and that's only after i messaged them on live chat. luckily, they were nice about it and it shipped the next day. unfortunately, the sweater looks nothing like advertised. instead of being a cream/beige sweater, it's a weird grey. loooking back at some other photos, the color doesn’t seem consistent, and i'd greatly appreciate it if they added some type of warning. the quality of the sweater feels nice, but i'd like it better if it was actually the color advertised!

Great quality top, sizing runs true to size. shipping took ages!! They also emailed me saying id receive a free gift for all the time it took for the shipping delay, but i never recieved it. Oh well, i like my sweater but i wont be purchasing from this brand again.
