terribly disappointed and currently in the process of requesting a full refund. i’ve ordered from this brand before and it took months before receiving, i don’t know why i thought it would be any different. i ordered two sweaters on june 6 and have seen several people receive their orders already. i’ve tried to contact 3 times through the live chat on their website and was met with the same automated response every time, as well as them closing the chat before i could ask more questions. please save yourself the trouble and don’t buy.
Love this but wish is specified colour, under the impression it was black lol. Still love it just would've been helpful :>
We received the wrong sweater! However, we emailed Resurgence and they immediately sent us the correct one. The even better news is they allowed us to keep the wrong sweater as well and fortunately my daughter really likes it too so it was a win win! Thank you resurgence for being so kind!!
Nothing to do with the original picture of the product, not the same collar, diff logo, diff color (they just added it to the description 😂) and they have the audacity to ask you to return if at your cost if you don't like it lol they also blocked me when I answered a customer on social media warning her that it was brown and not black (they lied answering to her?)

The sweater is SO soft + amazing quality & price! They answered all my questions before purchase and shipping to Canada was relatively cheap and quick. I was accidentally sent the wrong sweater, but they took accountability, and solved the issue quickly by sending the one i ordered, + they let me keep the old one! Great customer service, would buy again!!! :) (PS whoever designed the website deserves a raise its SO cute)

The top is a lot more light brown and I thought it was black which was disappointing. I was waiting a while for the shipment and one email said we might get a freebie from the wait but I didnt get anything. The packaging was cute though and I might order the white one in the future.

I also received the wrong sweater :( I received the cream flame one. Hoping I can get it resolved and get the correct one! Just wanted to note it is high quality. The label says it is 100% cotton and not a wool blend like advertised.

They sent the wrong item at first, but I totally understand how busy running a small business can get. I appreciate the accountability and thank you so much for the extra sweater! They also replied in a day which is really fast to me.
I expected the sweater to take a while to deliver but not a full 2 months. I was so excited and I like it quite a bit but I was expecting the sweater to be black, not brown. I’m just a bit disappointed because I waited a while for a sweater that isn’t black.
Great quality sweater, but this is a distinctly brown, not black color. I dont mind it but i think the photos made it seem a lot darker.
I thought it was black, but it's actually brown! But still very cute. I'm normally very sensitive to knits but this one doesn't feel itchy on my skin. Love it!
the actual color of this sweater should have been properly disclosed. it's more of a chocolate brown rather than what appears to be black from the photos. it's a bit misleading as someone who pretty much exclusively wears black :') the shipping time has only slight improvement as i placed my order on may 14th and it arrived on august 3rd, compared to when i purchased two other products on august 17th of last year and those didn't arrive until february 4th of this year. it's a lovely piece of clothing overall and very high quality, but i can't help but still feel a bit disappointed. hopefully there will be further improvement.
Really cute; however, like the other reviews state, it is brown and not black. I wish that was specified a bit more clearly.
