it was great and shipping didn’t take as long as I thought because the reviews I read said it would take longer. It took about 2 weeks for bot the processing and shipping time overall. The bag and box also came in great shape

Absolutely love this bag!! The ordering process was so smooth and easy, it arrived in 2 weeks beautifully boxed and with a bag sleeve. The bag is the perfect sized, resting just by your elbow with plenty of space. Pretty spacious but larger items and books will fit awkwardly. Overall it’s such a well made bag, no weird smells and has held up very well over use. Will deffo be getting the black version too!!

Ordered back in March, finally got it on July 3rd. I was very patient waiting for this bag but the lack of communication was really frustrating. They would let me know about my tracking number “soon” but it wasn’t until 25 days later. They also said they would include a miffy keychain as a gift since I was waiting for so long then in the next email, they said they would ship it later due to low stock which I highly doubt I’ll be getting. Bag wise, it’s cute but with the bad experience I received I don’t think it was worth the wait.

I love it. Me and my girlfriend have the matching pair and looks super cute. The flower on the zipper came off but it's easily put on if you don't have long nails. Loved adding all my trinkets. The bag holds a lot more than i thought. Wallet, phone, keys, and powebank. And I still had space for other stuff.

Ordered this back in June 9th, it took basically 2 months to come. The estimated time given for arrival was 4-6 weeks after the purchase and it took 9 weeks total. There was an update given on Instagram but not for emails that there was a delay. I emailed them about 2 weeks ago for an update because it was the 7th week mark and honestly by this time I didn't want the bag anymore, but there was no reply. I commented on their latest post on Instagram for an update on my order (as many others have done as well), some people were replied to, some weren't. Then suddenly I got an email saying that my order will be delivered soon, it took 4 days. The material for the Sawako bag feels cheap; it came with some scruff marks that can be wiped away, I thought the bag was going to be roomy but it's only good for essentials. There's only one zippered enclosed space as well. I guess you pay for what you get. Not really worth the wait.
although the package came in late I was soo happy with it. the keychains are so cute and the detail on the bag. when I first opened it, it had a bit of a “vegan leather” smell but wore off over time. would recommend heavily

Shipping took about 3 months. Since I live in Calgary, Canada, I find the long shipping time extremely disappointing. Additionally, the box my bag came in was damaged and not handled with care. I get that this is not the fault of resurgence itself, but rather I hope that in the future they choose a much more reliable shipping company. My eta had been changed 3 times, and an additional 2 times with the shipping company. Honestly at that point I’d rather just pay extra for express shipping in the first place. The bag itself is okay, it’s just like the reference picture given. The only thing that is preventing me from wanting to repurchase from resurgence is the bad experience I had in terms of product arrival. I hope this gets sorted out in the future.
Very cute and everything i wanted and more! It is super spacious and good quality, it even came in a dust bag! The bag took a bit longer to get here due to tariffs but they were amazing at communicating with me 🫶
Came in perfect condtion. The bag was high quality and I recieved a freebie. Even though the package was late due to customs, they communicated well with me so I had no issues.
The bag is super cute! I love my new bag! It did take some time for the bag to arrive but the seller made sure to update me on the shipment of my bag. The customer service was amazing and I would definitely would purchase from Resurgence again!

Looks and feels great!! Super cute and pretty, although the handles are a little slippery, so I wish it came with a hook on the sides to add a crossbody strap (for more convenient holding too)! Overall, it's roomy and great!
