I ordered this for mothers day back in MARCH! you don't get to make the decision to completely rework the product because "it's not cold weather yet". awful. and I note that the company tried to placate its customers by initially promising a free tote/shirt/whatever for the delay and then replacing it with a chiikawa keychain. thanks guys, really remorseful and compensatory of you

Bought the scarf back early February and never received the item. I sent multiple emails across the first 5 months of waiting and never received a response. When I realized the business added a live chat, I tried to reach the company through that and finally got a message about a week later even though they state answering within 1-2 days. They responded back basically saying they will try to contact the shipping company and get back to me, that’s all they said. It annoyed me even more when they never gave me an update, not even a “we still haven’t heard back” because I’ve been waiting on this package to give to my friend whose birthday was in April. On the website, they mention giving a keychain if you ordered one item due to late package arrival of 1 month, which was a lie and took 5 months instead, and when I opened my package just yesterday, they gave me a $1 fish keychain from shein. I am so annoyed because they did not show any care and I wish I never ordered from their website.
