Store owner replied: as said in our other reply, while the scarf was being upgraded, we reached out to everyone waiting with the option to either continue with the new version or receive a full refund. ♡ we really appreciate you choosing to wait with us. we ended up reworking the scarf to make it longer, thicker, heavier, and much easier to style for the colder season, which extended the production time more than we originally expected. we know that doesn’t make the wait feel any shorter, but we genuinely hope the upgraded version feels worth it now that it’s finally with you <3

atrocious delivery time. I ordered this for mothers day back in MARCH! you don't get to make the decision to completely rework the product because "it's not cold weather yet". awful. and I note that the company tried to placate its customers by initially promising a free tote/shirt/whatever for the delay and then replacing it with a chiikawa keychain. thanks guys, really remorseful and compensatory of you
Store owner replied: when we upgraded the scarf, we gave everyone still waiting the choice to either receive the new version or take a full refund, so no one was required to continue waiting. ♡ we’re genuinely sorry the timeline ended up being so long. the scarf was reworked to be longer, thicker, heavier, and much easier to style, and the keychain was substituted when tote stock became limited so we wouldn’t delay packages further. we completely understand the frustration, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to make things right.

Bought the scarf back early February and never received the item. I sent multiple emails across the first 5 months of waiting and never received a response. When I realized the business added a live chat, I tried to reach the company through that and finally got a message about a week later even though they state answering within 1-2 days. They responded back basically saying they will try to contact the shipping company and get back to me, that’s all they said. It annoyed me even more when they never gave me an update, not even a “we still haven’t heard back” because I’ve been waiting on this package to give to my friend whose birthday was in April. On the website, they mention giving a keychain if you ordered one item due to late package arrival of 1 month, which was a lie and took 5 months instead, and when I opened my package just yesterday, they gave me a $1 fish keychain from shein. I am so annoyed because they did not show any care and I wish I never ordered from their website.
