sometimes the tracking needs a little time to catch up. if it’s been more than a week without any movement, feel free to email us at team@resurg3nce.com with your order number — we’ll check it right away for you.
sometimes packages get marked as delivered early or dropped off at mailrooms, concierge desks, or with neighbors. we recommend checking around first, and if it still doesn’t show up after 24 hours, send us a message at team@resurg3nce.com — we’ll look into it asap.

we currently accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. email us to start the process and we’ll guide you from there!
yes! if it’s in stock and the original item is unworn, we’re happy to help you exchange it :) just email us and we’ll take care of the rest.
