Q1: How long does it take to ship my order?

  • Our processing time is 2-14 days, and during peak seasons, it may take an additional 2-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and selected shipping method. Click here to view delivery estimates.

Q2: What should I do if I need my order by a specific date?

  • If your order is a gift or you have a specific deadline, please fill out our Priority Request Form here. We accept a limited number of requests, so make sure to reach out as early as possible. For very urgent needs, please email us directly at team@resurg3nce.com.

Q3: How can I track my order?

  • You will receive a tracking number via email when your order is being packed. This tracking number will become active when the carrier scans your package upon shipment.

Q4: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing your order. NO WORRIES, though as long as the package has not been scanned by the post office, your address may be changed. However, if the order is already on the way, changes are not possible. Please email us and we'll get your inquiry solved.

Q5: Why haven’t I received any emails about my order status?

  • You should receive three standard emails: confirmation, packing notification (including tracking), and delivery confirmation. If you haven’t received these, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still have concerns, contact us at team@resurg3nce.com.

Q6: Do you ship internationally?

Q7: Will I be charged customs fees for international orders?

Q8: What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

  • If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at team@resurg3nce.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and update you on the next steps.

Q9: Can I cancel my order after placing it?

  • You may cancel your order within 2-4 days of placing it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it, but you may return it following our return policy.

Q10: What happens if my order arrives damaged?

  • If your package arrives damaged, email us with photos of the item and packaging. We will either replace the item or issue store credit based on the situation.
