this sweater is super cute, and everything came as described; however, the communication should be improved. I see many people have had bad experiences regarding getting replies back, and it took several weeks for me to get a reply after I contacted this business the first time. I understand that because the shipping is free, and because it’s shipping overseas, that the item takes a while to be received. This doesn’t bother me, but I’m sure many customers would appreciate better communication ♡ !!
I can’t delete my other review but after contacting the sellers through their actual help button on the website i finally received it! They were very helpful and kind so I only took one star off for the order not coming for 4 months because the packaging and freebies were just too beautiful for it to even really matter that much anymore. I’m just so happy I finally got it and I totally understand these kinds of things can happen with small businesses.
The item itself is beautiful and amazing quality, aswell as coming with many freebies like stickers and temporary tattoos! I have yet to wear or wash it so unsure of the sustainability of this quality. The only downside and it being a major one is the lack of communication and the fact this took four and a half months to arrive and i had honestly forgot about it. The only way i could get through to the company was by commenting on their tiktok other methods such as instagram or email were unsuccessful! Very cute detailing on labels

First of all, it took four months to arrive,they've told me the shirt would come with a free gift and it didnt (when i contact them about it they never answered my email),then after Washing it only two times the black faded completly to grey (i dont know if it shows in the photos).

MANY Months after ordering and several emails complaining that my order did not ship and asking multiple times for a full refund, they finally shipped it. By then I was so frustrated by the lack of communication, getting the product was upsetting. It feels cheap and the print is pixelated. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Complete waste of money.

Took longer than it said to come but it still didn’t take too long like a month or so. The shirt is better than I expected, it’s super soft and nice looking. Only thing is it’s a little big on my waist but the shirt fits nicely at the shoulders and chest :D Will definitely be buying from this store again!

I love the design, the material and yet sadly the sizes fit too small. M/L is what I ordered, though it still fits, the sizing is probably more on petite or asian size. Would recommend maybe having xl sizes or double xl for big chested girlies 🥹
It took a bit long time (3 months as living in aus) but it’s worth the wait! It’s so comfortable and details are gorgeous with the stickers🤍 p.s. irl the color’s giving off-white not that neon white like the pic
Took way too long to arrive and packing was alright nothing crazy ! The shirt itself is very soft and looks so amazing— I can overlook the time it took simply because of how comfortable this sweater is tbh.. and how nice the design is
I really love this top. It's soft and I really enjoy the length and the tighter fit of it. The design as well is really nice. Even though the shipping took a little while, it's definitely worth it in my opinion. Never felt out of the loop during the shipping process, so I didn't mind waiting a little longer. Plus, the packaging and thoughtfulness of that was a really nice touch. Overall, worth the wait and all else.
