It's super cute and warm! The only issue is that it does shed a bit. It took about a 1½ months to get to me in Australia but it's the perfect addition to any smiski lover's wardrobe/collection!! <3

Amazing quality
i love it
Ordered on 04.April, arrived 04.September - not even exaggerating. I was aware that shipping would take longer, but i was told 4-8 weeks not 20. The scarf is cute and quality is okay - but not worth the wait.

The scarf itself is a great and have no complaints. Everything else about this order was more than disappointing. I completely understand being in over your heads and receiving more orders than you anticipated, but 20 weeks after ordering is a RIDICULOUS timeline with just a *whisper* of updates throughout the entire process. I also want to stress that promising your clients that they will receive a plushie + the "promise tote bag" (very ironic) and then switching a tote for a cheap keychain and not sending a plushie as originally said, that's just lying and terrible business practice. Granted, it's free, but why offer things to begin with and then pull the rug from under people that are trying to support you? Your product is only half of how you do business. If you can't manage, delegate, and communicate properly, it's time to go back to the drawing board and learn to get it right.
Love the scarf, good quality but shipping did take 4 months and communication was poor initiallly. Ordered in April, recieved in August
It took forever to get to me because of a shippimg error, i ordered it in may its now august. However this was due to a shipping issue so I put in a request for help and they did get back to me and got it fixed, i finally have it and i can say for sure was worth the wait, its soft, looks just like the picture, the price is very very reasonable, would recommend both the site, this scarf and the customer support if you need it 🗣🗣
I give it a four because it came nicely packaged and everything and even added a keychain and its high quality too! But im disappointed in how long the order took to be shipped out and everything. Before they brought their live chat to their website they wouldn’t answer any emails,insta comments, or DMs and just never really gave updates on it. Again the scarf is goid quality. Just gotta work on communication and shipping. Idk if ill buy from them again but its a maybe.
